By downloading, installing, or using VantaLock, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the software.
VantaLock grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application on compatible desktop personal computers in accordance with your license purchase.
VantaLock operates strictly on local zero-knowledge cryptography. Because VantaLock stores zero customer data or master key backups on remote servers, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and safety of your Master Password and BIP-39 24-word recovery seed phrase. If you lose both your Master Password and recovery seed phrase, VantaLock developers cannot recover or decrypt your vault contents under any circumstances.
VantaLock is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. In no event shall the author or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from your use of the software.
